Contract Agreement
Effective Date: 19 Jan, 2022
Between: Seychelles DMC, a company registered and operating in Seychelles
And: Lestac, a company registered and operating in India
Subject: Partnership Agreement for Seychelles DMC Services Representation in India
Overview: This Agreement formalizes the partnership between Seychelles DMC and Lestac for the representation of Seychelles DMC’s travel services in India.
Representing Rights: Seychelles DMC hereby grants Lestac the exclusive right to act as its official representative in India. This empowers Lestac to promote and facilitate travel services provided by Seychelles DMC in India to travel agents.
Scope of Services: Lestac shall promote Seychelles DMC’s services to agents in India and facilitate bookings on behalf of Seychelles DMC. This includes, but is not limited to, arranging transportation, accommodations, tours, and other related services.
Payment Collection: Lestac is authorized to collect payments on behalf of Seychelles DMC rendered to clients in India. Payments received by Lestac shall be remitted promptly to Seychelles DMC in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement between Seychelles DMC and the client.
Communication: Seychelles DMC shall liaise with Lestac and provide necessary assistance and support from its team based in Seychelles. All communications, including inquiries, bookings, and assistance, shall be facilitated through Seychelles DMC’s team.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement.
Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain valid until terminated by either party with [number] days’ prior written notice. Upon termination, all representing rights granted herein shall cease, and Lestac shall no longer promote or facilitate bookings on behalf of Seychelles DMC.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to arbitration in Seychelles.
